Yes, you may apply. We will ask for copies of bank statements showing any periodic payments from other family members.

We expect to begin moving people in late July, 2018. We expect to continue moving people in through January, 2019

This varies on a case by case basis. When and if you are called in for an interview, you will be informed of what documents you need to bring with you.

If you miss an interview appointment, please contact WINN Management ASAP at the phone number listed on your interview paperwork. We will attempt to re-schedule the appointment.

Acacia Gardens cannot help people to apply for a housing voucher. Such applicants should reach out directly to HPD to inquire about the application process.

It is possible to have too much income to qualify for an apartment. Tenants can earn up to 100% of the Area Median Income for their household size. Potential tenants who earn more than this are unfortunately unqualified.

Children do count toward a family’s household size. HDC guidelines set a maximum on the number of people who can live in a single unit. The largest family we are able to accommodate is 6 people.

There are 29 parking spaces at the building, and will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no guarantees on the availability of parking spaces.

The Application to the lottery ends May 29th, a short time frame thereafter the lottery process begins.

The building has a no-pet policy in place. Properly credentialed service animals are allowed as required by law.
